Customer Service Attendant (CSA)
The position of a Customer Service Attendant is to provide a safe, fast, clean and friendly experience to the Car Wash customer. The CSA will help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the workplace, as well as maintaining clean facilities for our patrons. This position will require standing and working outdoors. You will also be required to perform miscellaneous tasks throughout the day.
Detailer
Our facility has an express detail shop that does all types of car cleaning. We are looking for detail oriented people to process the vehicles as they come into the express detail shop. You will be assigned various services such as waxing and upholstery cleaning. We provide training to ensure you know the way we expect services to be done. You will need to be a self motivated worker who has great customer service skills and can help us provide The Ultimate Express Detail Experience to every customer.
Greeter/Sales
The Greeter position is a very important role. You are the first person our customers meet when coming to our facility and your customer service skills must be the best. You will need to be an expert on all the services we provide and be able to educate our customers on services that will fit their needs. We are looking for high energy people to work in this fast paced position.
Manager
We are looking for true leaders to help us provide The Ultimate Express Car Wash Experience. At one of our locations, the manager plays a key part of making sure every customer gets the best service. They will be responsible for making sure that all areas are staffed properly, the quality control methods are followed and the efficiency of the location is at its best. By doing these things, along with providing excellent customer service, you will be ensuring every customer gets The Ultimate Car Wash Experience. Previous management experience preferred.
Assistant Manager
The assistant manager position is the second highest management position at one of our facilities. Your role is to assist the manager in the daily operations of the facility and to be the acting manager in their absence. Your objective is to oversee that all areas are staffed properly, the quality control methods are followed and the efficiency of the location is at its best at all times. By doing these things, along with providing excellent customer service, you will be ensuring every customer gets The Ultimate Car Wash Experience. Previous management experience preferred.
